'DESTINY OF A NATION IS SHAPED IN ITS CLASSROOM'

 We often  identify a nations potential with its educational institution . Schools and Classroom served as a bedrock of the system. Young minds are nurture and prepare to take on the challenges of the future. Classroom are not merely physical spaces where learning occurs. classroom represent the broader educational system including teachers, student, curriculum and educational policies. Destiny of a nation refers to the long term fate, trajectory of country's development , it could include social progress, economic growth, cultural richness and political stability. 

This essay delves into Why destiny of a Nation is intricately linked to its classroom and demonstrating the profound impact of education on Nation's culture, economy and all our development. 

Classroom is not a modern day phenomena . as we saw earlier that classroom represent the broader educational system . we will see the example through historical lens .  Gupta period, which is known for its golden age, had a place where global scholar got attracted by their classroom which is known as 'Nalanda University' . it was founded by Kumargupta 1 . gupta's golden age is not just about their economy but also about their Education system. attraction of globally lead to exchange of ideas, culture, tradition and help to boost their economy which made strong appearance of gupta age globally . hence, if nation's classroom created with right system , it could lead nation towards bright future. 'Vikramshila University' was also another example of great education system in ancient India . it was founded by Dharmapala of Pala kingdom.  Under Pala kingdom 'Ghatika' was also learning centre at kanchi , was attracted students from abroad. on other hand in ancient time 'Gurukul' system was also there . it imparted moral values and ethics in their classroom . that's how we see the ethics were so important in ancient time than present day. these examples further clarify that classroom shaped the destiny of a nation. 

Under British rule, education policy was more incline towards Britishers benefit . it design in a way that will ease in the their administration not in indias benefit .  perhaps due to this India as a nation did not progress than before because youth with good education policy can play as bedrock of nation growth . In post independence era, we focused on education to lead india towards strong foundation with their youth . In this trajectory Government of India announced a New education policy in 1896 to focus on education . government also decided to establish IIMs IITs  etc to foster Technology and Management sector and if government focus on these sectors that may increase the advance technology or innovation in future and can make india as a attractive destination . so, we can say that steps taken by the government ensured the better future of India . in other words destiny of a nation is shaped in its classroom. 

We can also analyze these trends globally . UK was also an attractive destination for their University such as Oxford or Cambridge and that make UK's economy and its status above than other countries . these days US is consider to be center of the world for their Ivy league some of popular are Harvard , Yale, columbia other universities are Stanford, boston etc . this trend define one thing clearly that good education policies or system attracts talented people globally and this talent help in nation building in right direction. 

Now , these days we are seeing similar thing , how some countries are focusing on their schools, colleges or universities and collaborating globally one example is China . china is focusing on their education system . some countries are growing because of their education system and becoming attraction for students and talent . 

Now we have to analyze why destiny of a nation is shaped in its classroom and for it we delve into more example :

Parents are first teachers of a child . the values they feed into their child , at some extent , it decide the future behavior of a child . so, way of parenting decided the future of child and child decide the future of a nation . In second phase of a child's life school plays an important role. after parents children are shaped by their teachers . a responsible and dedicated teachers can have positive impact on students such as Angad (sikh guru) was a disciple of Guru nanak  and they brought  a reform in religion . same in this way classroom created by good , ethical teacher can have positive impact and help to create positive destiny of a nation. 

Political involvement is also important to create great classroom for coming youth . in this path , in 2002, by eighty sixth constitutional amendment act Article 21 A inserted in the constitution of India . it provide free and compulsory education of all children in the age group six to fourteen years as a Fundamental right . RTE act of 2009 is another initiative by government. government these steps are very much needed to foster the development of a nation . hence, it is true that destiny of a nation is shaped in its classroom.

Current government is also focusing on their teaching methodology they are focusing on skill development to make india's youth future ready with initiative such as 'Pradhan mantri kaushal vikas yojana' , 'craftsman training scheme'. these initiative decides the fate of a country . step is taken by today will have effect on future .so , to make india as a center of a world first we have to focus on our foundation which is our classrooms , which makes future bright minds. Hence, classrooms  are shaping destiny of a nation.

In this essay we have explored how classrooms are more than a physical spaces and destiny of nation is depends on its classroom . we did that by using various historical example we start with Nalanda university of Gupta empire we also talk about Vikramshila university and many more we analyze that these university play very important role to make those kingdom as a center . we also see global example of US and UK universtities setting the global interest . china is also focusing on their education system. we also see how parents are first teacher in our life , then schools play important role in shaping the students. it is not restricted to parents or school , government also play important role in it , their initiative decides the future of participation in country's growth . that's how we see the that this statement is true that Destiny of a nation is shaped in its classroom.
